Guideline for E-Poster

E-Poster Format：Example、Download

1. The first line must be your abstract number (e.g. aamls2025001), and the second line is the full title.
2. Need to upload pictures and PDF files
   • The FORMAT of the poster should be Vertical, one page only, and A4-sized PDF file which should be under 10MB.
   • Please pay attention to the image. The resolution of the image must be at least 300 DPI.
3. The schedule of Moderated E-poster Session would be notified, once the program is confirmed.
4. The file name should be the Submission no. + the name of the presenter (e.g. aamls2025001 Vanessa Chiu)
5. Please complete the registration and submit your e-poster online before 23:59 03/17/2025(GMT+8). If the author fails to submit payment and necessary files will result in disqualification.
6. The conference committee plans to conduct an on-site review in front of the electronic posters on the morning of April 12,2025(GMT+8).
